Job Description
The Regional Facilities Manager will oversee facilities operation within a Region, including managing capex projects, budget, and property needs assessments. The role also involves hiring facility managers, supporting facilities, and handling insurance claims. The Regional Facilities Manager will work in an environment with moderate noise level, occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds, and regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in property management (preferred)
- Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues (strongly preferred)
- Authorization to work in the US is required
- Microsoft O365 proficiency is required
