IT Solution Architect

Role Overview

The Solution Architect is embedded in a portfolio and supports multiple value streams. They design and own solutions, aligning them to enterprise guardrails and enablement assets. They collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Managers, and Engineering to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

What You Will Do

Design solutions, apply enablement assets, establish ADRs and solution blueprints, integrate governance-by-enablement, and maintain portfolio-level roadmaps.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of IT experience, 3-5 years of solution architecture experience, and strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, containers, and messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field
• 7+ years in IT with 3–5+ years in solution architecture
• Experience designing and supporting third-party solutions and integrations
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, containers, and messaging
• Knowledge of secure network architecture and application development methodologies
• Compliance awareness (e.g., PCI DSS)
• Comfortable with Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Cross-team collaboration
• Change management experience
