ABCorp is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join their go-to-market team, ensuring data, reporting, and tools are in place to exceed aggressive growth targets.
Requirements
- Spearhead the transition of incumbent CRM to HubSpot CRM
- Own and optimize HubSpot CRM as the primary revenue platform
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks for pipeline, forecasting, account performance, and profitability analysis
- Support leadership in forecasting efforts by consolidating data, modeling trends, and identifying risks/opportunities
- Develop automated processes to improve sales team efficiency
- Perform deep-dive analytics on sales team performance, account trends, campaign ROI, and contribution margin (CM) profitability
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales to determine CM contribution margin profitability at product, program, and account levels
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, Visual ERP, and other systems
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and reporting standards
