Business Analyst (User Tasks Procedure for Banking Industry)

ABeam Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to implement a new core banking system across APAC branches, creating standardized and efficient operational procedures. The role involves planning, leading, and coordinating with regional and branch-level teams to ensure compliance and quality in procedure documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting firm within the banking industry or on the user/operations side of a bank
• Strong expertise in document creation and logical thinking
• Proven experience in creating, revising, reviewing, or approving banking operational procedures
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, including remote and cross-border teams
• Knowledge of core banking business flows and back-office operations
• Experience with major banking systems such as Trade360 TPS, ACBS, GPP, FLEXCUBE, or GLCS
