Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 10 years of working experience in established consulting firms as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
• Strong data analysis experience in implementing data architecture within the banking industry
• Project management experience with the ability to lead assigned projects and work as a hands-on Consultant
• Banking industry experience (in operations or systems)
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, system implementation and development
• Proven experience in SQL, data visualization tools, and programming languages
• Logical thinking, problem-solving, and project leadership skills
• Understanding of banking operations and IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL)
• Experience in business analysis, consulting, and client engagement
• Strong communication and documentation skills
