We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Performance Management and Goals Management modules. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation and support.
- Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (latest release preferred).
- Strong understanding of performance form templates, goal alignment, calibration, and continuous performance management.
- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations of PMGM.
- Good knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SuccessFactors integration touchpoints.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure, resolve issues proactively, and deliver on time.
- Team-oriented, positive attitude, and ready to adapt in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related fields.
- Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules like EC, Learning, or Succession is an advantage.
- Experience working with regional or global implementations and familiarity with BTP extensions or advanced analytics is a plus.
