Senior Consultant, IT PMO (for banking industry, Japanese Speaking)

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, IT PMO with experience in banking industry and Japanese speaking skills to support project management activities, develop project plans, and manage project budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, and experience in Core Banking Project and Consulting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Min. 5 years of project management experience within a Bank IT environment
• Proven experience managing end-to-end infrastructure upgrade projects
• Strong Waterfall project management experience
• Solid stakeholder and team management skills
• Good communication skill in both English and Japanese (Business-level proficiency as mandatory)
