Senior Consultant, PMO for AML Activities Support (for Banking Industry)

Lead PMO activities for AML-related initiatives across APAC branches, build and maintain project plans, schedules, RACI matrices, RAID logs, and task backlogs, coordinate and communicate with Regional IT, Regional Compliance, and multiple APAC branches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Prior working experience as a Consultant in an established consulting firm is a must.
• Ability to understand and explain file specifications (e.g., ISO 20022 XML).
• Strong consulting skills: logical thinking, communication, facilitation, documentation, issue resolution.
• PMO experience in project planning, RAID management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for management storytelling.
• Strong Excel skills (pivots, lookups, dashboards, trackers, structured analysis).
• Self-discipline, strong ownership, and willingness to learn client business.
• AML filtering, KYC process knowledge and experience coordinating with overseas/multi-branch teams are a plus.
