Senior Consultant, User Task PMO Support for Banking Industry: Plan and lead Ops team as PMO for implementing new core banking system for APAC region, create plan and support BA to define business requirements and ensure system coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting firm in banking industry.
- Expertise in PMO role for package system implementation project.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of system implementation projects, with accountability for timeline, scope, budget, and quality delivery.
- Strong risk, issue, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to proactively identify project risks, drive mitigation plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and report effectively to senior management and steering committees.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams across overseas offices.
- Good socialization skills, professional Mindset with Responsibility and Strong self-discipline and commitment to the project success.
- Expertise of Banking business and operations such as Trade Finance, Lending/Loan, Payment/Collection and Cash Management, Treasury and Market, Deposit, Accounting, etc is a plus.
- Implementation experience and knowledge of Trade360, Oracle Flexcube, Murex, ACBS, Finastra GPP, Oracle ERP is a plus.
