We are seeking a Patent Adviser to join our Biotechnology & Life Sciences team and help innovative clients protect breakthrough technologies with high business impact.

Requirements

• Discuss innovations with inventors and research teams and translate science into strong patent strategies.
• Draft and prosecute patent applications before the European Patent Office and other patent offices.
• Prepare responses to examination reports and manage communications with patent examiners.
• Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate assessments; perform prior-art searches.
• Support infringement and validity opinions as part of broader IP advice.
