Job Description
Abilities First, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist for its Executive Drive Preschool Program in New Windsor, NY. This position is a 48-week school year position, working Monday-Friday from 8am to 3:30 pm with a 6-week summer program. Requirements
- Evaluates students on assigned caseload and determines appropriate program goals.
- Provides direct treatment to students.
- Schedules assigned caseload in conjunction with classroom staff.
- Assesses student's need for equipment and adapts for assigned caseload.
- Communicates with parents, classroom staff, and related service personnel.
- Instructs parents and staff on proper technique.
- Assists in maintenance of treatment sites.
