Job Description
Abilities First, Inc. is seeking Substitute and Temporary Teacher Aides for their New Windsor school programs. This role involves assisting teachers in the classroom, supporting student needs, and promoting independence. The position is 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, full-time and part-time, with no benefits provided.
Requirements
- Follows classroom schedule
- Assists in classroom activities
- Keeps student workstations organized
- Assist in teacher-developed materials
- Participate in staff meetings
- Attend therapy sessions
- Assist in classroom organization and space arrangement
- Carrying, assisting with transportation, and personal safety
