Job Description
Assistant Residential Program Manager at Ability Beyond, a human services organization. Responsible for guiding and supporting staff, helping residents with daily activities, and ensuring high-quality care in a positive environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of full-time related experience
- 2 years of college in a related field with 1 year of full-time related experience
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered, insured vehicle
- Ability to complete required certifications (Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid) within designated timeframes
