Engineering Manager (F/M/X)

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our team in building a new, scalable payments and e-commerce services platform. As a technical guide and people leader, you will be responsible for defining the strategy for how our new services will interact with and decouple from our existing monolith, and for building the bridge to our future as a true SaaS-first company.

Requirements

• Leading & Guiding Your Team: You'll hire, mentor, and support a dedicated team of engineers.
• Owning the API & Decoupling Strategy: You will spearhead the architecture and delivery of our new, public-facing API.
• Building a Modern Auth System: You'll be central to the discussion and implementation of a new, secure authentication and authorization layer.
• Championing SaaS Principles: You will ensure everything your team builds is scalable, secure, and designed for a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• Delivering Value: You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery for your team, managing the technical roadmap and balancing immediate business goals with the long-term architectural vision.
