RevenueCat is a remote-first company that removes the headaches of building and scaling in-app subscriptions. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team and help design, build, ship, and support end-to-end features and products that will help developers grow their business.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- Experience working cross functionally to build prioritized roadmaps for your teams
- Hands-on and perform code reviews and bug investigation when needed
- Comfortable writing SQL queries to analyze data and find inconsistencies
- Experience working with engineers at different levels and have coached them in their career development
- Customer obsessed, prioritizing their outcomes and experiences
