Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Product - AI (F/M/X) to join our team at Ablefy. As the first person to define AI-native products in the creator economy, you will own two strategic areas: AI product layer and buyer experience. You will work closely with the CPTO and senior leadership, lead a team of product managers, and set the standard for how we think about, build, and ship products.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in product management
- At least 3 years in a senior or lead role
- Proven track record shipping AI-powered products
- Deep familiarity with agentic AI, autonomous systems, or multi-agent frameworks from a product perspective
- Ability to translate a complex product vision into a clear roadmap and drive execution across teams
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, and Data
