Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed entrepreneurial and result-oriented thinking
- Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Fluent German, as most of your customers come from the German-speaking region, and good English skills
- Good technical understanding and willingness to learn new work methods
- Already gained first professional experience in sales or customer care, preferably over the phone
