Job Description
The Assistant Chief Engineer directs the activities of engineering staff and supports the implementation of site safety plans and operational standards. The role is responsible for managing engineering staff, performing preventive maintenance, and promoting an environment of learning and development.
Requirements
- Experience in progressive operations, strong employee relations skills, coaching skills, and training skills
- Highest-level relevant state/local license for stationary engineer and/or HVAC, plus universal level refrigerant recovery license
- BOMA accredited courses desirable, High-rise Fire Safety Director, Haz-Mat Certification, Indoor Air Quality Certification, LEED Certification
