Job Description
ABM is seeking a Building Engineer to support the daily operations of all building systems, including HVAC/R maintenance and repair, carpentry, and sheet metal work. The role involves responding to customer requests, completing work orders, and ensuring safety compliance. Contractor/temporary positions are open for at least 10-15 hours of work per week.
Requirements
- High school graduate
- 3+ years' HVAC experience
- Light plumbing (bathrooms)
- Class A/CFC license preferred
- Central plant experience preferred
