Job Description
The Chief Engineer is responsible for supervising the engineering department, implementing safety plans, and ensuring the upkeep of the physical plant. The role involves providing technical advice, performing equipment inspections, and formulating policies to improve the facility's operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive operations experience
- Strong employee relation skills, coaching skills, and training skills
- Highest-level relevant state/local license for Stationary Engineer and/or HVAC, plus universal level refrigerant recovery license
- Computer skills and building automation systems experience
- Certification meeting OSHA ACM awareness training requirements
