Job Description
Engineer responsible for maintenance and repairs to buildings and grounds, while establishing a safe environment for the facility. Maintains and optimizes HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems.
Requirements
- Experience in facilities engineering or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- State/local license for Stationary Engineer and/or HVAC
- Universal level refrigerant recovery license
- Computer skills and building automation systems experience
- OSHA ACM awareness training certification
- Working knowledge of energy conservation
