Facilities Technician

ABM is looking for a Facilities Technician to support daily operations of building systems, including hard surface maintenance and repair, HVAC operations, and mechanical and electrical systems. The technician will respond to customer requests, submit and close work orders, and perform other duties as assigned. Pay range is $30.00-$40.00/hr, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Requirements

• Follows safe practices and complies with company and regulatory standards
• Operate or assist in operating all heating and ventilating equipment, engines, turbines, motors, and other equipment
• Work with internal and external customers on technical issues, work scope recommendations, and failure investigations
• Develop solutions and implementation plans for maintenance programs and project implementation
• Coordinate work with other operational groups to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and operational efficiency
