Job Description
ABM, a leading facility solutions provider, is seeking a Facilities Technician to support the daily operations of building systems, including HVAC and mechanical systems. The role involves hard surface maintenance, repairs, and the operation of facility equipment. The position supports the Leadership by responding to customer requests and submitting work orders.
Requirements
- Qualified to operate or assist in operating all heating and ventilating equipment.
- Must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks as assigned.
- Must be able to understand, analyze and seek solutions to the design, operation, maintenance, performance or repair of vehicles/equipment and their components.
