Job Description
ABM is seeking a dynamic Janitorial Manager to lead the cleanliness and safety of their facilities. The role involves supervising a team, ensuring staff meets job expectations, maintaining work environment standards, and cost control. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supervising a team of cleaners/porters/floor care technicians
- High school diploma
- Experience with carpet spotting, shampooing, stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing of hard floors
- Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities
- Conflict resolution experience
