Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform day‐to‐day facility repairs, support tenant and common‐area maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean, and well‐maintained shopping center environment.
Requirements
- Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, flooring, and irrigation.
- Repair/maintain doors, windows, locks, gates, fencing, roofing, concrete, and pool/spa areas.
- Support apartment turns, including make‐ready prep and move‐in/move‐out inspections.
- Complete service requests promptly and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure tools/equipment are in proper condition.
- Identify major repair needs and correct unsafe conditions immediately.
- Follow all safety procedures, use PPE, and comply with federal/state/local regulations.
- Participate in on‐call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
