Requirements
- Maintains a high standard of customer service
- Complete all company and airport customer service training
- Processes all transactions through the cashier terminal
- Accurately collects parking fees and makes change
- Provides routine information to the public
- Verifies retrievals (drops)
- Maintains all records required
- Assists AVI customers
- Trains new hires and maintains the training checklist
- Keeps assigned booth clean and stocked
- Responsible for cash variances for his/her respective shift
- Directs traffic as needed
- Adheres and maintains all company and airport safety training
