Job Description
The Director of Operations will manage a team supporting a high tech client portfolio and oversee all aspects of the facilities services operations. This includes human resources management, accounting, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), energy management, performance quality, profit and loss (P&L), procurement, and client relations. The Director will also drive continual improvement by fostering a culture of staff development and operational excellence.
