Job Description
Perform maintenance, repairs, and installation of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various mechanical, electrical, and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust pilots, thermostats, and burners
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
- Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
