PORTER

Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in assigned areas, including lobbies, hallways, offices, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.

Requirements

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
• Dust surfaces and clean windows
• Transport trash and recyclables to designated disposal areas
• Set up and break down rooms or spaces for meetings, events, or special functions
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and deliveries throughout the facility
• Perform light maintenance tasks
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies
