Join our team as a Program Manager - EVSE Operations to make a real impact by working cross-functionally to build and mature a program, overseeing day-to-day supervision and administrative activities, and monitoring charging performance across North America and International locations.
Requirements
- Contract Management: Experience with Service Level Agreements or managing KPIs/OKRs around equipment uptime and equipment performance.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement best practice Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), stakeholder training materials, and maintenance programs (O&M) to maximize uptime, availability, and reliability of various DCFC EV charging equipment.
- Service Standards: Ensure compliance with customer specifications and contract requirements for the assigned account.
- Performance Analysis: Proactively analyze and manage both the technical (vehicle charging success) and operational performance (hardware and service staff) of the assigned locations.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Direct EVSE vendors (OEMs and ChaaS partners) alongside Vehicle Operations, Facility Management to coordinate and evaluate performance and program execution.
