Job Description
ABM is seeking a skilled Maintenance HVAC Technician to join their team. The Technician will operate, maintain, and perform repairs on HVAC and refrigeration equipment, ensuring optimal client relations and eliminating system downtime.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust pilots, thermostats, and burners
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Perform emergency repairs and preventative maintenance
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
