Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will support the Facilities Manager in maintaining all equipment and facilities at the Academy Mapleton Hill Community (AMH). Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance with safety regulations. The role requires a combination of skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Requirements
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies
- Knowledge of manufacturing process and machinery
- Valid driving license
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Honesty, integrity, sense of humor, and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, and occasional holidays, as required
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
