Clinical Supervisor

Abode, a nonprofit working to end homelessness in the Bay Area, seeks a Part-Time Clinical Supervisor for its programs in Santa Clara County. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical leadership, support, and oversight to a multidisciplinary team and engage with chronically homeless individuals with Serious Mental Health Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, and/or Chronic Health Conditions.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work or Psychology degree required.
• LCSW or LMFT licensure required (Preferred: LCSW)
• 2 years' experience post licensure providing clinical supervision to staff.
• 5 years supervisory experience in community mental health or co-occurring program.
• 2 years of field experience working with people with serious mental illness, individuals with co-occurring disorders, complex health issues, and/or the chronically homeless population.

Benefits
