Job Description
Abode, a nonprofit organization, seeks a Housing Specialist to help end homelessness in the Bay Area. The Housing Specialist will locate housing units, work with landlords, and provide support to individuals and families to secure and maintain housing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1 year of experience working in the housing field, social services, or sales/customer service experience
- Knowledge of local housing markets and geography
- Use of personal vehicle and proof of valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance
- Flexible schedule to work evening and weekend hours when required
