Service Coordinator

Abode, a nonprofit working to end homelessness, seeks a Service Coordinator for its housing program in San Jose, CA. The Service Coordinator provides housing services to homeless individuals, including counseling, referral, and developing a housing plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field
• 2 years of case management experience
• Driving and transportation of participants
• Flexible schedule to work evening and weekend hours
• Excellent verbal & written communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
