Job Description
Fintern is a fast-growing fintech consumer lender looking for a Regulatory Counsel with strong Consumer Credit Act (CCA) and FCA CONC experience. You'll draft submissions, advise senior leadership, and assist with broader legal work.
Requirements
- Qualified UK Solicitor
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Consumer Credit Act, FCA Handbook including CONC
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong ability to evaluate risk and propose risk-based actions
- Ability to negotiate with external parties and reach acceptable outcomes
- Strong team-player qualities
