Requirements
- Translate global fashion trends and brand vision into commercially successful womens- and menswear collections
- Design and develop seasonal concepts, including silhouettes, fabrics, prints, and color palettes
- Create design briefings, sketches, and style sheets
- Support fittings, prototype development, and technical execution to ensure fit and quality
- Conduct ongoing trend research and market analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, buying, and other teams to ensure brand alignment
