Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to develop complex, high-scalability technical solutions in collaboration with Tech Lead and Product Lead/Product Manager. The ideal candidate has at least 5-6 years of experience in modern backend web development, particularly with PHP 8+ in high-load environments, and leadership experience in team leadership or mentoring colleagues.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience as a backend developer
- 5-6 years of experience as a team leader or mentor
- In-depth expertise in frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel
- In-depth knowledge of MySQL and Redis
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS
- Fluent English skills in speech and writing
