Senior Quality Assurance Manager (all genders) - SCAYLE

You lead high-quality manual testing for various e-commerce customer projects and cover the entire customer journey to ensure consistent excellence and optimal user experience. You work closely with frontend developers and project teams to develop tailored test strategies for each implementation. You are responsible for bug reports and tickets from customers, internal stakeholders, and end-users and prioritize them based on business impact and project timelines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and debugging of frontend applications, preferably in the agency environment or direct customer contact.
• Proficient in manual test techniques (including exploratory and destructive testing) as well as automated test methods.
• Familiar with project management and ticketing tools such as Jira and Confluence for effective collaboration with the team and customers.
• In-depth knowledge of testing tools, especially TestRail, for efficient test management and actionable reporting.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser developer tools, and REST APIs.
• Experience with agile methods in the dynamic agency environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
