We are looking for a skilled & passionate (Senior) Technical System Analyst to ensure our technical systems perfectly align with our business goals. You will troubleshoot issues, understand and protect commercial processes, and optimize the commercial processes that drive our success.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a tech-business interface role
- Proficiency with debugging and monitoring tools (e.g., Postman, Datadog)
- Proven track record in root cause analysis (RCA) and interpreting complex datasets
- Assertive communicator capable of translating technical risks into strategic recommendations
