Above is looking for a Design System Specialist to help shape the next generation of complex digital products for global clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building large-scale design systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing real, complex design systems (AI-assisted work is a plus)
- Expert in Figma and curious about the new wave of AI design tools
- Strong system thinking — you know how to structure tokens and data so machines and humans understand them
- A sharp QA mindset: you use AI to explore, but trust your eye to curate and validate
- Comfortable explaining complex ideas to designers, developers, and stakeholders
- Mentor the team on how to use AI responsibly and creatively within design systems
