Industrial Designer

We are looking for an exceptional Industrial Designer (Mid-Level) to join our growing global design team. This is a permanent on-site role based in our Malmö, Sweden studio.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to proactively navigate multi-faceted design processes
• Excellent taste, refined aesthetic sensibility and visual culture
• Strong proficiency in CAD (Solidworks or Rhino preferred)
• Impactful visualisation and storytelling competence
• Relentless care for quality, execution, and details
• Understanding of materiality and design for manufacturing
• Problem-solving capabilities; fluency with physical prototyping
• A humble and collaborative team player
• A self-propelled, optimistic outlook
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas, point of view and thought-processes
