Senior Product Manager

Above Lending is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the customer experience, employee experience, and business KPIs for your product area. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for fintech and a desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Requirements

• Develop a product strategy and roadmap that supports product and business objectives.
• Identifying new opportunities for expansion and growth while balancing the importance of system maintenance.
• Build business cases for new integrated products, services, and features.
• Lead product discovery, data analysis, and user research efforts.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of changes.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and analytics teams to define requirements and build PRDs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and changes.
• Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize business performance and user experience.
• Ensure that products meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
