Job Description

They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their US-based team, driving product strategy, improving clinical documentation, and influencing healthcare professional engagement. The role involves data analysis, A/B testing, AI model evaluation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years using Python, R, SQL for analytics
- 5+ years in product-facing roles, driving product outcomes through A/B testing
- Experience with data visualization tools, both BI tools and code-based tools
- Data Advocate (knowledge of healthcare settings, EHR, and healthcare billing preferred)
- Strong communication skills
