Staff IT Automation Engineer

Abridge is a healthcare technology company that uses AI to transform patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes. The company is looking for a Staff IT Automation Engineer to drive efficiency and scale across the entire corporate IT infrastructure and enterprise ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in IT Engineering, IT Apps Development or DevOps
• 5 years of experience in developing large-scale, enterprise environments where services were automated
• Deep hands-on experience automating complex operations and governance across major enterprise platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Deep hands-on experience with MacOS and iOS
• Highly proficient in at least one modern programming language (Python preferred)
• Demonstrated experience automating core IT Service Management (ITSM) functions
• Proven experience working directly with technical interfaces and APIs
• Extensive experience designing, deploying, and managing centralized automation platforms
• Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with various audiences
