Requirements

• PhD with 10+ years or MS with 12+ years of progressive industry experience in drug discovery & analytical science, or related field
• Demonstrated mastery of purification, analytical development, and developability assessment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence functional and organizational strategy
• Deep familiarity with the competitive landscape
