Job Description
The HVAC Commercial Service Technician is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment, including refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating units. The technician will work on-site in commercial settings, performing tasks such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry
- Universal EPA certification
- Knowledge of refrigeration, pneumatic, and air conditioning systems
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and schematics
- Possession of basic hand tools
- Clear verbal communication and interaction with team members and clients
