Job Description
AEPS Electric is seeking a working Site Supervisor to lead their second crew in commercial and industrial solar installations. The role involves hands-on leadership, supervising a small crew, and ensuring compliance with NEC and OSHA standards.
Requirements
- Commercial / Industrial electrical experience required
- NJ Licensed Journeyman preferred
- Strong working knowledge of NEC
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops
- Proficient with electrical hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean background required
