Job Description
The Mechanical Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical systems in HVAC projects, which include plumbing, piping, and other mechanical installations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; Relevant industry equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical estimating or a related role within the construction industry.
- Certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar are a plus.
