Job Description
Circulating Air, Inc. seeks an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead multi-family and mixed-use construction projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC experience and 3+ years in project management
- Strong experience with multi-family and/or mixed-use projects
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, ductwork, piping, and controls
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Procore, Trimble, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
